都沒有什麼聲音
每天還是要很 hopeful
挺沮喪的, 但是又還好
應該是我還沒有盡全力
我應該更努力一些
更加油些
更勇敢
要讓潛在老闆知道我能夠為他們做什麼
再想要對自己沒信心的時候, 還是要對自己有信心
再想想能夠如何增加自己的強項
其實我還有一份Part-Time也都還好
但是應該追求更好

I love this book
Easy to read, yet, filled with the meaning of life.
I even borrowed the DVD from the library to see the visual picture of the story. The main character Eddie, was a maintanence guy in an amusement park.
The story started with his death saving someone in the park.
Then goes on to the meeting of the five people he's related yet not aware of.
He didn't see very much of himself during his lifetime. Even until the last person he met, he still didn't understand the meaning of his life.
Until the last person reveal the truth of his job and his duty that he's given for his life.
We each paly a role in our lifetime in this world with the people sorrounding us.
The world will still go on with or without us.
But the fact the you are living, you are contributing, and you are involving makes you a part of it.
You may not think you are much of a use, yet you mean something.
You may think you are one very important person, yet the world will still go on without you.

If the father didn't get drunk If the mother didn't say that sentence to tempt the drunken father If the father didn't tried to prove his "有種" As I am thinking about this: What lesson am I learning? 我有問過真正的醫生, 他們說Grey's Anatomy 的醫院情形和真的醫院差很多
換句話說, 就是Grey's Anatomy 的劇情描述並不真實,虛構成份居多
但是...
我喜歡看Ｇｒｅｙ’ｓ Ａｎａｔｏｍｙ
我喜歡看故事情節裡所傳達的訊息
你可以說他太戲劇化，可能裡面的主要主角的人事是複雜了點
但是我喜歡看每集新進醫院病人的故事
每次都讓我很有感觸
今天這集
有一對老人家的感情戲，太太腦裡有瘤，一定要做手術
但是手術不成功的機率比成功的機率大很多
不成功的結果就是太太沒有辦法再起來了，就睡了
當他們決定做這個手術的時候，太太同時簽屬了ＤＮＲ
就是如果病人心跳漸弱，危急的時候，請醫院不要急救
她情願就如此的睡了，也不要像植物人般的活著
她的先生就站在她的旁邊看平靜的看著她簽屬ＤＮＲ
他們兩個深深的對望著說再見，然後互吻了好一陣子，他們心理準備好了面對可能會發生的結果
在醫生的努力之下，太太平安的出了手術室，並沒有在手術室裡發生任何危及的事情
但手術之後，病人並沒有脫離危險期，進入觀察期。她還是很有可能就過去了
當病人開始心跳漸慢，病人的先生意識到了，著急了，詢問著為什麼沒有人做任何動作來救他的太太
這時醫生提醒他，因為病人簽屬了請勿急救合同。所以他們不能做任何急救動作
雖然在動手術之前，二人已經有共識，知道可能是永別了，也深吻的道別了。
但是當事實呈現在眼前的時候，病人的先生還是忍不住為太太按著心臟讓它好像繼續跳
按了好一陣子，他一直的按著，其實他也知道他的太太已經過去了
但是他告訴醫生＂我不希望是我停止努力＂醫生聽了這句話，廳明白了他的意思，就幫他接過來按，按多了幾下後就停止了，正式放下。就讓她睡了。
看著這段讓我好難過好難過，因為我有親身的經歷。
但同時又有一種Ｒｅｌｉｅｖｅ。因為在他們過去之前我們所擁有的回憶是美麗的，是彼此珍惜的。
是沒有後悔的。
每個人總有一天要過去，你真的不知道是甚麼時候。可能早上出去晚上就不一定看得見了
我今天才聽了一個新聞，一個媽媽的女兒早上出門還好好的，就在路上被撞死了。
人真的不知道甚麼時候就回天家了

我們一家三個人(我, 海江, 和海江媽媽)各自讀書做功課
今天晚上讀書時, 海江上網點擊了李宗盛的情歌演唱會,讓我們邊讀書邊聽音樂
好多他的歌聽了會讓我時空倒回到將近二十年前還小的時候
雖然當時不一定懂他歌詞的意思,但就是聽了好有感覺
他在那個時候和陳淑樺是絕配, 他譜的詞曲由陳淑樺唱
夢醒時分是當時大大小小都會唱的國歌
還有辛曉琪的領悟, 都是膾炙人口的名曲
忙茫盲,愛的代價,我是一隻小小鳥, 明明白白我的心, 還有好多好多
雖然有人說過他是樂匠, 只做流行歌曲,容易上口的歌, 大眾歌曲
但是他的歌就是會讓人在不同的心情時唱到心坎裡

幾乎能看的到的產品都在朝著Natural和減少資源的使用
從Poland Spring 的礦泉水, Toyota 的車子, Rubbermain 的Lunch Box, 到我們日用的化妝品
都在強調資源上的節省使用.
我覺得我有幾個點還沒有想清楚
但是總覺得好像有一些矛盾的地方
沒有辦法很清楚的表達出來
譬如, Poland Spring 減少30%每個塑膠瓶的塑膠
但是同時, 在期望收入能夠越來越高, 淨利能夠越來越好的情況下
Poland Spring 勢必是想要賣出更多的水, 製造更多的利潤, 製作更多的塑膠瓶和更多的垃圾
但同時想一想也是合理的, 現在全世界像一個地球村一樣, 想要產品能夠通往各處
越來越多人知道和使用, 在一定會增加製造的情形下, 減少每一瓶的資源使用

原本一直專注的那面
今天好像有看到另外一面的空間
本來覺得為什麼要退讓
但其實, 如果是相愛的, 是想要一直一直在一起的
冷靜下來的時候是非常想念的
一定一定要在乎是誰讓誰嗎
人是自我中心的
常常我很介意為什麼沒有得到我期望的回應
但是我的回應又何嘗是符合每一個期望呢
但是氣起來的時候
所有的想法都是負面的
所有的氣都在頭上
需要學習, 需要自我反省
退一步海闊天空 !!
愛是恆久, 忍耐又有恩慈 !!
這是一生的功課, 為了我所愛的, 需要學習.
4月10日 Attack我的攻擊性很強
為什麼?
我也不知道
什麼樣的原因和背景造成我常常的不滿然後後來的攻擊?
然後為什麼他們都這麼無辜?
甚麼原因造成我的要求很高?
為什麼我沒有辦法安靜一點
靜觀其變
耐心, 愛心, 和一個長遠的眼光
包容的眼光
先看到自己的不足, 可能會比較幫助耐性吧
不過我又想問的是
我的攻擊是防衛性的還是侵略性的? 4月9日 Low今天的情緒有一點Low
我有一點發現, 當我Low 的時候
我的攻擊性很強
需要改進
當別人沒有做到我所期望的樣子, 要忍耐
要有愛心, 要忍耐
放下我的主觀意識, 要忍耐
因為我也不完美, 別人對我也有諸多的忍耐和愛心

4月8日 心理學最近開始對心理學很有興趣
在大學時期上心理學課的時候, 就有對一些實驗感覺很有趣
特別是對Standford 的一個Prison Experiment 印象很深
做這項實驗的是一位Stanford 的教授, Dr. Phil Zimbardo
這是 1971 年的一個心理學實驗
有24位自願者參加, 參加者隨機的被安排變成囚犯或獄官.
因為冠上不同的稱謂, 角色不同
Through out the whole experiment, these people turned into their characters
Illusion became reality..
Prison wards were given the power to torture the prisoners
Ordinary people turned into cruel prison guards, with power, with authority, and all of the sudden they have all these ways and methods to torture their prisoners
The other group of people who were prisoners, forgot the fact that it was an experiment, they obeyed any unreasonalbe demands from the guards, and turned very depressed and ashamed
The experiment was meant for two weeks, it had to be terminted after six days.
People who's involved couldn't take it anymore, the prisoners were too distressed to continue.
I am just intrigued by the whole experiment, how regular good people can turned into monstrous guards with the given character.
I don't have an answer or conclusion about what I think of this experiment yet
I just thought it's an interesting thing ..
Patience耐心一直是我的弱項

但是如果一直沒有回應
或者總是被潑冷水的話
我不知道這份熱情能夠持續多久
為什麼越在身邊反而會忽視
越是相愛越容易彼此傷害
是因為反正打不走嗎?
然後就忘了甚麼叫珍惜和溝通嗎?
跟著女人就說, 他已經很不錯了, 要珍惜, 要認命.. 要給面子.
試問真正的關係如果不好的話, 請問面子一斤值幾錢.
女人常常被男人和女人提醒要順服
但是誰來提醒男人, 女人是要被疼的, 是要被關愛的 ?
如果熱情一再的被潑冷水, 被拒絕, 或冷回應, 請問撐多久以後可以說我們都已經盡力了
1月24日 西遊記 - Journey to the West這幾天在家裡讀了六個回合的原版西遊記
Wow !!
在這裡要很害羞的承認, 我雖為Chinese, 但是對於這些經典的中國文學還真的是孤陋寡聞.
一直以來對西遊記的印象都是從小時候的電視影集得知的
基本上就是電視怎麼播我就怎麼看.
這兩天開始讀原著之後
真的是為之所 Surprise
西遊記的作者的中文用字真的是很奇特
很美, 很押韻, 非常富有想像力
中文的形容詞很生動, 很活潑, 很好玩
如果我肯繼續努力, 中文程度和東方歷史的了解會有進步喔 !! 9月28日 I love to travelI love to travel

They may seem quiet out there, but the view says everything.
They are the witness of the past, the present, and the future
When you see them, you will be speechless and awe by the scene
Wow!!! Was all I knew how to say..
I had a chance to go with my dear last August to visit six national parks
We visited
Grand Canyon,
Arches,
Bryce,
Zion,
Grand Teton,
and YellowStone
This year he brought me to Yosemite
Before we start our trip last year
We had friends warned us that we may get bored after the third park
They said that they are all the same
Trees, rocks, and water
OMG, I did not want to leave any park
Each of them is uinquely different
Each of them has their own theme and own characteristic
Each of them has it's own view that just make your jaw dropped open down
Couple of these parks are within the state of Utah
The state of Utah itself is just like a big beautiful park
With the roads paved nicely for us to drive through between park to park
I have witnessed the beauty of nature
When I was there, I felt I was hugged by the whole place
The parks are beautiful
When I was there I enjoyed it so much, all problems was thrown away
And after I came out of that trip, I see things differently :)
It's a wonderful experience, a beautiful experience, and an unforgettable experience.
BTW, during the trip, we had come across many travelers who also love the nature
Many of them are foreigners, and among the foreigners,
We saw French, Germans, and Japanese the most
Just a thought
